These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inbound Flux website (inboundflux.com) and the services offered by Inbound Flux Inc. ("Inbound Flux", "we", "us"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Inbound Flux provides AI-powered marketing and automation systems for local businesses. Descriptions, pricing, and statistics on this website are for general information only and do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of specific results, except as expressly set out in a written engagement between us.
Services are delivered under a separate written agreement. Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed, with setup fees and monthly retainers priced in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment terms are set out in your invoice or agreement. You may cancel in accordance with your agreement.
Any performance guarantee we offer (for example, a 30-day results guarantee) applies only as defined in your written engagement and is contingent on the agreed metrics, timely access, and your reasonable cooperation. It is not a guarantee of revenue or of any specific business outcome.
You agree to provide accurate information and the access we need to deliver services, and to obtain any consents required by law - including CASL consent - before we contact your customers or contacts on your behalf.
The website, the "Flux" systems, and related materials are the intellectual property of Inbound Flux. You receive a licence to use the deliverables we provide, as set out in your agreement. You may not copy or resell our systems without written permission.
Our services rely on third-party tools and platforms, each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inbound Flux's total liability arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
